Scheduling & Billing
New students are welcomed on an ongoing basis. Lessons are available in 30-minute and 60-minute formats, in-person in the Dallas–Fort Worth area or online via Zoom.
Recurring students are billed at the beginning of each month for their scheduled weekly or biweekly lessons. Students with irregular scheduling are billed on or before each individual lesson. Lesson packages are paid in full at the time of purchase.
Lesson availability may occasionally be affected by professional performance and touring commitments. Where possible, advance notice will be provided as early as circumstances allow.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Students who cancel with more than 48 hours notice will receive a full credit toward rescheduling at no additional charge.
Students who cancel with less than 48 hours notice will not receive a credit or refund. The lesson fee will be retained. This applies equally to package holders, for whom the session will be counted as used.
Students who do not attend a scheduled lesson without notice will not receive a credit or refund.
If Joseph cancels with more than 48 hours notice, the lesson will be rescheduled at no additional charge. If Joseph cancels with less than 48 hours notice, a makeup lesson will be provided at no additional charge.
Lesson Format & Timing
Lessons begin at the scheduled start time. Out of respect for all students, lessons conclude five minutes before the top of the hour or half-hour to allow for transitions. Time lost due to a student arriving late will not be recovered within that session.
Late arrivals and extenuating circumstances will be handled with reasonable judgment on a case by case basis.
Communication
All scheduling, billing, and general inquiries are handled by email at josephadamstenor@gmail.com. Please allow up to 48 hours for a response.
Young Students
Joseph has taught singers as young as six years old. Parents and guardians are warmly welcome to observe lessons at any time, in-person or online. For online lessons involving minor students, a parent or guardian should be present or accessible in the home during the session.
